Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.

Because many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or large custom orders.

If additional time is needed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Photos of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
